Well-equipped and straightforward place to stay while in Zamora. A comfortable bed and an incredibly comfortable room overall. Good food plus amicable and good staff. Marvellous location not too far away from Ayuntamiento Viejo de Zamora. Free parking onsite provided. Honestly no complaints whatsoever.
Miserable staff!

I had a great experience staying at this hotel, Jarama. the location was perfect for exploring the old part of the city and it was within walking distance to the Plaza Major. the staff was helpful and even carried our bags to our room. the hotel also had a bar where we enjoyed breakfast and dinner. The price was reasonable and the quality of the hotel was good overall. Cons: Nothing to be said. 👍.

our recent stay in zamora was amazing, but this time jarama truly exceeded our expectations. the friendly staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was top-notch. the little desk table by the window was an added bonus for catching up on some writing.
Shower was small.

I always return to this hotel. The staff helped me with currency tips at my first visit. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, car park, luggage storage, bar and restaurant. The rooms have flat-screen TVs, AC, and no smoking or pets. I'll be back for Easter.

The room and bathroom were fantastic! So comfortable, modern, and clean. I loved the cozy feel of the room. The hotel had a great location, just a short walk away from the main attractions and with a 24-hour mini-supermarket nearby. Plus, there was a restaurant right next to the hotel with fair prices and a decent menu selection. Perfect for satisfying those late-night cravings.
The walls were paper-thin and I could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The lack of soundproofing was a downside.

This hotel's location is absolutely top-notch for exploring the city's historic center, and the on-site bar and restaurant are a real game-changer. The quality-to-price ratio is impressive, especially when you consider the free parking. The room's modern furniture and fixtures are jaw-droppingly new, and the working air conditioner was a blessing in the July heat. The thick curtains ensure a peaceful sleep, and the room and bathroom are absolutely fantastic - comfy, modern, and spotlessly clean. The friendly staff went above and beyond, even personally guiding us to the parking area when we struggled to explain it in Spanish. The small desk and window seat make it the perfect spot for writing, and the hotel's bar/cafe is a typical delight, even if English fluency isn't guaranteed. Plus, the amenities like Wi-Fi, on-site car park, luggage storage, bar/lounge area, and restaurant make for a super convenient and enjoyable stay. And don't forget the perks of a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a strictly no-pets and no-smoking policy.

I really liked the decoration in the hotel's general areas. The colors were warm and inviting, and there were beautiful paintings on the walls. It felt cozy and welcoming, which is important for us senior folks. Additionally, the hotel had ramps and elevators that made it very accessible for people with limited mobility like myself.
I would have preferred if the children working there could have been a little more attentive and helpful. As a senior traveler, it would have been great to have some assistance with my luggage or getting around the hotel.

We had a great stay at Jarama. the room was clean and modern, with no damages to the furniture or fixtures. the air conditioner was a blessing in the July heat, and the thick curtains kept us from waking up too early. the hotel also offered free parking, which was convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful, and even walked us to the parking area when we had trouble explaining it in Spanish. We enjoyed the clean bathroom with a full-size shower and a nice little desk table by the window for writing. the bar/cafe and restaurant at the hotel were also a nice option. While English wasn't widely spoken, the staff made an effort to communicate with us in broken Spanish and gestures. Cons: Nothing, all was good. 😊.
